Meet the Team

  • Founder
Dr. Susie, originally from Cambridge, Ontario, grew up with a significant love for animals. She graduated from Mount Allison University in 2004 and Ontario Veterinary College in 2008. She then practiced for over 6 years at Western Animal Clinic in London, Ontario, while concurrently working part-time as a shelter veterinarian for several of those years.

In 2012, Dr. Dailley received certification as a Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapist from the Veterinary Chiropractic Learning Center. She also holds certificates in Reiki and Animal Communication and has a strong appreciation for integrative medicine.

In 2015 Dr. Susie founded Dailley Mobile Veterinary Services in Guelph. It was the first end-of-life mobile of its kind in the area and one of the first in Canada. In 2023, after the birth of her third child, Dr. Susie was inspired to build a team of veterinarians to provide end-of-life care throughout Guelph, the tricities, and beyond. Recently, Dailley Mobile Veterinary Services was renamed Peaceful Passing.

Dr. Susie’s pets include a cuddly 14 year-old medium haired brown tabby cat named Mavis.

When not working with animals, Dr. Susie can be found spending time with her partner and three small children.

  • Veterinarian Guelph, Tri-cities

Dr. Shanna grew up in New Brunswick and now calls Ontario her home. She has always had a love for animals, following her grandfather and father around the farm at every possible moment and bringing home pets any chance she got. After graduating from Atlantic Veterinary College (PEI) in 2001, Dr. Shanna has travelled and lived in several areas across Canada. Dr. Shanna has gained invaluable experience while providing care in a variety of veterinary practices to creatures big and small.

Dr. Shanna has a passion for making pets and their people feel comfortable. Having lost many pets over the years, and after experiencing in-home euthanasia for her own pets, she knew that this was something she wanted to provide to others. Dr. Shanna cannot express how honoured she is to be involved in your pet’s final goodbye.

Currently, Dr. Shanna shares her life with her husband, 2 teenage boys, 2 dogs, Max & Ruby and 2 Sphynx cats, Bourbon & Scarlett. The Clinch family recently had to say goodbye to their 4 year old Sphynx Nellie, who had congestive heart failure. It is never easy losing a pet, but so much harder when they are so young.

In her downtime, Dr. Shanna can be found spending time with friends and family, reading, travelling or walking Max & Ruby.

  • Peaceful Passing North Vet

Dr. Nikki has lived in and around Guelph her entire life. After graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2016 she settled in her small hometown of Drayton to raise a family with her husband.

Dr Nikki has practiced small animal medicine for most of her career and has a passion for improving quality-of-life for senior pets. Through this, she has realized the importance of helping pets pass in the most peaceful way possible. There is nothing she enjoys more than hearing the stories of a pet’s life, and witnessing the joy they brought to their people.

At home, Dr. Nikki had two young sons that keep her on her toes, as well as a Boston Terrier and two cats. She enjoys quiet time at home (when she can get it!), reading, traveling and going on adventures with her family.

  • Peaceful Passing Burloak, Hamilton, Ancaster

Dr. Suzanne Gallant graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2015 and has been providing compassionate care to companion animals in Hamilton, Halton, and surrounding regions.

Throughout her years in practice, Dr. Gallant has developed a strong interest in preventative medicine, pain management and geriatric care. These interests have led her to pursue career opportunities in palliative and end-of-life care, including advanced training in the art of gentle euthanasia through the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy and an exclusive focus on end-of-life care as a mobile veterinarian.

Dr. Gallant considers it a profound honour to support families in her community as they navigate the sensitive process of end-of-life decision-making for their beloved pets. She understands the incredible and unique bond that can be shared between animals and their people, and is committed to providing a gentle and comforting goodbye that honours this special bond.

Outside of work, Dr. Gallant enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, unwinding at the cottage and adventuring with her husband and two energetic boys.

  • Peaceful Passing Guelph, Erin, Acton, Georgetown, Orangeville, Tri-cities, and surrounding area.

Dr. Graham graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2005. Her experience in the veterinary field is diverse, including working in both small and large animal practice and in the pet nutrition industry; she is also a volunteer veterinarian with the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre. In 2021, Kirsten opened Graham Mobile Veterinary Weight Management Services, dedicated to improving the quality of life of dogs and cats by helping them achieve a healthier weight.

While her career is fueled by the joy of seeing pets live their best lives for as long as possible, inevitably there comes a point when quality of life will no longer be what it was. Kirsten views euthanasia as the kindest gift she can offer pets when this time arrives, seeing them across the Rainbow Bridge with compassion and comfort. She is honoured to support pet owners and their beloved companions in this final stage of their journey together.

Dr. Graham lives on a dairy farm near Rockwood with her husband and a menagerie of critters. From the many dogs and cats that have enriched her own life, she has felt the unconditional love that comes from pet ownership - and she has faced the difficult end-of-life decisions that are invariably part of the experience. Recognizing that each situation is unique, Kirsten strives to support and reassure families with empathy and respect while providing their pet the calm tenderness of a peaceful passing.

In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys various outdoor pursuits including hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing, with her favourite pastime being backcountry canoe-tripping which she often pursues solo on extended trips. When she is stuck indoors, she can be found reading, playing board games, or working on a jigsaw puzzle – usually with a cat in her lap!

  • Dr. Meredith graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2007 and started clinical practice with companion animals in Caledon. In 2017 she joined the team at Guelph Animal Hospital and in 2025 she joined Victoria Road Animal Hospital where she continues to practice part-time and offers exceptional care to her patients.

Like many kids, Dr. Meredith always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. It just made sense to make a career out of repaying animals for all the ways they brighten our days. Dr. Meredith’s goal has always been to help sick pets feel better and keep healthy pets happy so they can have as much quality time with their families as possible.

Part of sharing our lives with animals includes saying goodbye, when their quality of life has declined. Dr. Meredith feels fortunate, as a veterinarian, to be able to provide a peaceful and pain-free passing for pets, and is honoured to be able to build a bond with families while providing in-home end of life care with Peaceful Passing.

  • Client Care Coordinator

Laura recently graduated from the University of Guelph in the honours psychology program, with a special interest in clinical psychology and a minor in sociology. As an aspiring psychologist, Laura’s commitment lies in providing unwaveringly compassionate support, particularly during moments of vulnerability.

Growing up on a family farm, Laura cared for horses, chickens, goats, bunnies, and participated in breeding German Shepards. Her affinity for animals has greatly influenced her life, in fact, she even brought them to university!

Laura shares her home with her partner, a spirited Jack Russell named Rosie, a cat named Twinkle, a Ball Python named Scott, and a collection of large aquariums. Prior to taking a short break to complete her degree, Laura was a 1.20-meter show jumper with her late horse, Sam.

Outside of business hours, Laura can be found at the barn, reading, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with her family and fur-babies.
